Cancellation Policy

Please be aware that a credit card is required to book an appointment. Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. If you need to cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, a late cancellation or no show fee will be charged to your credit card on file. If an invalid or no credit card is on file, you will be invoiced. The fee ranges from 50% ( for late cancellation/reschedules) to 100% (for no shows) of the total of the service(s) scheduled. The fee must be paid prior to rebooking another appointment. Repeat violations will result in a pre payment requirement for all future appointments. Please call or text (808)345-3082 if you need to make changes to your appointment within the 24 hour period. My system is set up to send out reminder texts and emails if you have provided your contact information, but you are ultimately responsible for keeping your appointment whether or not you receive a reminder. Please put your appointment in your own calendar. I understand that emergency situations arise which may cause you to late cancel or miss your appointment. If such is the case, you must call or text to inform me of the situation to have the fee waived.
